Mat Sushi

A unique concept in Bordeaux, le MAT SUSHI is a sushi bar that offers a wide choice of 150 dishes that pass before your eyes on a conveyor belt. The sushis are made on the premises by Master Sushi Noriko. Each plate is coloured according to a pricing scheme so allowing you to easily choose your dish according to your budget.

Several options are available:

2.50 euros a plate, according to choice:
- 35 choices of sushis sashimis makis
- salads
- dessert

3.50 euros a plate according to choice:
- Brochettes (yakitori) of:
- Salmon, king prawns
- Fillet of duck breast
- Cheese
- Smoked fillet of duck breast
- Lamb in ginger sauce

4.50 euros :
- Brochette of fresh foie gras x 2

From 11.90 to 14.90 euros :
- Mixture of brochettes and sushis
- Dessert included.

*Champagne cocktail: 4.50 euros.
